Online pass sales have now ended, please see below for how to purchase a pass in person.
Passes will be on sale Monday 12th September at the Pass Pick-Up Point between 9am and 4.30pm. The pick-up point is the Room 201, John McIntyre Building. Payment can be made by cash or cheque only, but there is a cash machine in the building should you need to withdraw some paper money.
Passes can be bought at the GUSRC Reception in the John McIntyre Building, 1st Floor at any point during the week between 9am and 4pm, from 13th September onwards. Payment can be made via cheque, cash or card.
Passes will also be available to purchase at the doors to all QMU and GUU events between Monday and Friday, 7pm-11pm. Payment is made in the form of a £20 deposit, granting you entry for the evening. The £20 balance should be settled at GUSRC Reception, John McIntyre Building the following day where a full pass will be made up with your photo allowing you access to the rest of the week's events. After 11pm each night, no one will be admitted who has not already purchased a pass.
All in person pass purchase will require two printed passport photos, which are available on campus from the John McIntyre Building, Glasgow University Union and Queen Margaret Union for a few quid.
